Contact the scheme manager in person or by telephone during working hours. If the manager is not available:
  • Ring the London office 020 7440 9440
  • E-mail – enquiries@teachershousing.org.uk.  If you do send an e-mail please let us have a telephone number which can be given to the contractor to arrange access with you.
  • On-line through this website.
  • You can write to us at Teachers' Housing Association, Rugby Chambers, 2 Rugby Street, London WC1N 3QU, but as this may take several days to reach us it is not a good idea for anything that is at all urgent.
  • To any member of Teachers’ Housing Association staff if they are visiting you at home. They will report it on your behalf.

What to do if a repair is needed when the scheme manager is off-duty?

If the repair is an emergency pull your emergency call system cord and the central control service maintaining your scheme will arrange for a contractor to attend.
