Tenant Associations and Focus Groups
Teachers' Housing Association is very keen to promote and support tenants groups. We have a model constitution which a tenants’ group can adopt to make sure it is organised and run properly and represents tenants’ views.

Please contact your Senior Housing Officer if you would like further information about setting up a tenants association.

The Association is currently working with the following tenant groups:

Queen Mother Court Residents, Amenities and Fundraising Tenants Association (RAFTA) – sheltered housing scheme in Bournville

Romaleyn Gardens Tenants Association - sheltered housing scheme in Paignton

Haringey Focus Group – The focus group is open to tenants living in Teachers' Housing Association properties in Haringey and meets 3 – 4 times each year. The group was established in 2007 and is considering a number of topics including Training, Environmental and Energy Conservation, Tenant Satisfaction, Maintenance Services and Tenant Involvement.
