The Dene is situated in the heart of the quiet village of Rottingdean, opposite the Kipling Gardens by the beautiful Green and duck pond. The Dene benefits from being within easy walking distance from local shops and the seafront as well as only being a few miles from the centre of Brighton – with a bus stop situated opposite the scheme.

The Dene offers sheltered housing that provides:

  • Helpful, friendly and dedicated scheme staff - including a Scheme Manager.

  • Regular social activities and on-site entertainment

  • Large communal lounge and garden which our residents use to relax, chat and undertake activities.

All studios at The Dene enjoy the advantage of an en-suite shower room, telephone and TV aerial point as well as gas central heating. We also provide an emergency call system and pendant for each studio which is monitored 24/7. Larger suites are available for couples.

Charges at The Dene are very reasonable and generally range from around £1000 per calendar month which includes rent, utilities and meals.
